Edgar Schilter (born 1985, Zürich, Switzerland) is an artist residing in Sydney, Australia. He works mostly in two dimensional formats in traditional materials.

With a foundation of science and engineering, his work displays reoccurring themes of the mechanical and the natural. His work turns the lens over the technical, architectural, structural and blends it with the pattern and texture of the natural. His work is that of the new-surreal. He fosters feelings of childish wonderment and accidental psychedelia.

Edgar has a singular purpose for producing meaningful and original quality.
